Approximately 1,500 residents live in Leisure Town Home Association

  • Anyone can own property in Leisure Town, but the primary resident that occupies the residence must be at least 55 years . Age restrictions do not apply to a spouse. 

  • Assessments are required to maintain the Town Center, common facilities, and green belts between homes.

  • Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash when away from home.

  • RV parking is available for a nominal fee, when available.

  • Garden spaces are also available for a nominal fee.

  • Town Center has two swimming pools (one is heated commencing in May), spa, cabana, games room, exercise rooms, lawn bowling greens, bocce courts, library, and hobby clubs.

  • Town Hall has various rooms for cards, plus a stage for locally produced events.

  • There are a number of activities and clubs in Leisure Town as well as a variety of shopping locally.

  • Transportation is close at hand and readily available.

Governing Body

  • Leisure Town Home Association is managed and governed by an operating Board of Directors.

  • Each Board member has specific oversight responsibilities relative to the Association, property, and facilities.

  • The office is staffed by a Community Association Manager and two Administrative Assistants.

Financial Management and Title Transfers

  • OMNI Community Management, LLC provides daily financial services to Leisure Town Home Association and works closely with the Board of Directors to manage income and expenses relative to a budget that is approved annually.

  • Title companies please submit all requests to monica@ltha.org. Demand Statements are provided to the title company along with Association Documents including CC&Rs, By-Laws, and other documents as needed.

General Leisure Town Assessment   
      Annually - $900.00   Due July 1st

       Semi-annually - $450.00   Due July 1st and January 1st

Garden Homes 1 Assessment   
      Semi-yearly - $342.00   Due July 1st and January 1st

Garden Homes 2 Assessment  
      Semi-yearly - $348.00   Due July 1st and January 1st

Garden Spaces Fee
             Annually - $12.00   Due July 1st

RV/Boat Storage Fee
             Annually - $120 - $150   Due July 1st
